Yoga has been an essential element in my life for nearly a decade, and sharing its benefits has become one of my greatest sources of joy.  I completed 500 hours of teacher training at the Ishta Yoga Studio in New York City.

Ishta Yoga is a system of developing a unique yoga practice for the individual.  Created by Yogiraj Alan Finger (pictured right), this system focuses on forging a synergy between the alignment of the body and the wisdom of the breath.  With regular practice, a relationship with yoga develops strength, flexibility, and balance in all areas of one’s life.

I have also had the distinct pleasure of studying Ishta Marma Therapy with Alan, and Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater, author of Relax and Renew.

This summer I am teaching five group classes a week:

Mondays 9:30-11:00 am (Intermediate/Advanced Level)

Wednesdays 5:45-6:45 pm (Power)

Thursdays 6:15-7:25 pm (Open Level)

Saturdays 9:30-10:45 am (Intermediate Level)

Sundays 6:30-7:30 pm (Beginner/Intermediate Level)

Classes are held at

Ishta Yoga Studio & Spa

56 E 11th St (Between Broadway & University)

New York, NY 10003

I also teach privately.  A private session can be primarily asana (yoga poses), meditation, or marma points.  It can also be any combination thereof.  For private lessons, you can contact me at
